Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, delivery and billing details, order history, returns, customer-support messages, marketing preferences, device information, IP address, cookies and website activity. Payment information is handled by the selected payment provider or cash-on-delivery process and is not stored by MEIMODE unless clearly disclosed.

Why we use it

We use information to process and deliver orders, provide fit and customer support, manage exchanges, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal and accounting duties, improve the website and measure marketing. Promotional email or messaging is sent only where consent or another valid legal basis applies.

Who receives it

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, website, analytics, advertising, email, payment, accounting and courier providers. Some providers may process information outside Lebanon under their own safeguards and terms. MEIMODE does not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

Order and accounting records are kept for the period required for business, tax, dispute and legal purposes. Marketing records are retained until consent is withdrawn or they are no longer needed.
