Delivery across Lebanon

Delivery is $4 in Beirut and $5 everywhere else in Lebanon. The rate is set by the governorate you choose at checkout. Payment is cash on delivery.

Estimated delivery is normally 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Remote areas, public holidays, weather, courier disruption and unsuccessful contact attempts may add time. Please provide a reachable Lebanese phone number and a complete address.

Order confirmation

Cash-on-delivery orders may be confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. MEIMODE may pause or cancel an order when stock, address or contact details cannot be verified. No payment is collected for a cancelled cash-on-delivery order.

Eligible exchanges

Request an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery by contacting MEIMODE before returning the item. Eligible merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged and returned with all original tags, packaging and hygiene protection intact.

For hygiene and safety, lingerie, underwear and other intimate items cannot be exchanged after the hygiene seal, protective strip or packaging has been opened or removed, except where the item is defective, incorrect or applicable law requires a remedy.

Defective or incorrect items

Contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and clear photographs. After assessment, MEIMODE will provide the legally appropriate repair, replacement, exchange or refund solution. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer rights under Lebanese law.

Return delivery cost

For a preference or size exchange, the customer normally pays the return and replacement delivery cost. MEIMODE covers reasonable delivery costs when the confirmed item is defective or incorrect. Do not send a return without approval and instructions from our team.
